Why does HIW use plywood instead of particle board?
Plywood layers wood veneers with alternating grain directions, creating superior strength, screw-holding power, and moisture resistance around sinks and dishwashers. Particle board swells and degrades under moisture and heavy stone countertops.
How does the design process work?
Bring your kitchen or bathroom measurements to our showroom. Our designers create a free 3D rendering showing exact cabinet placement and finish combinations, plus an itemized wholesale estimate.
What is the typical timeline from order to installation?
In-stock cabinet orders are ready within 3 to 9 business days. Custom countertop fabrication and installation take 5 to 7 business days after laser templating.
Do you offer installation, or can my contractor install the cabinets?
Both options are available. We provide licensed professional installation across the 30-mile Phoenix metro area, or contractors and homeowners can purchase materials directly at wholesale prices for self-installation.
